Kutztown Day 2 – July 4th: Another hot day, but tomorrow will be hotter still. A woman from Japan chose a couple prints to take back to Tokyo. Although her English was fine, she needed a bit of help with the money. She got the paper money right, but the sales tax was a bit of a challenge for her.  She was not quite sure what our quarters looked like.  Not surprising, our quarters have had so many designs over the last 10 years with all the state varieties. I believe this will be the first work that I’ll have in a private home in Japan.

Todays first print sold was of a young red fox fascinated by a fly not far over its head. Its title is “L’il Bugger”.
