Six days, I’m feeling the burn (leg muscles). It’s not that I have to stand, I just prefer to. Someday I am sure I will change my mind. Anyway, another great weather day, really couldn’t be nicer. I had several pieces purchased as gifts today, which I greatly appreciate.
The staff at the festival run a smooth ship. We had some tough weather over-night but the grounds looked fine.
The first print purchased today was of the image titled Blue Bird. This is a colorful piece that I made in Bucks County, PA. I believe the bird is on an arrowwood bush in fall which offers nice contrast to the bird’s blue tones. I used a Canon EF 500mm lens with 1.4x teleconverter, on a tripod of course. This was an image made on film (Fujichrome), on a rather overcast day and with a polarizing filter to negate the glare on the leaves.

That bluebird image is one of my favorites of yours. Sounds like the festival is going well!
